Exciting Events Happening At The Bearded Clam Waterfront Restaurant and Tiki Bar

Wesley Rose, owner/operator of the Bearded Clam Waterfront Restaurant and Tiki Bar has some exciting things going on.  The “Clam” is known around town as a place to relax with a cold beer, awesome food, unique special drinks, great views, fabulous friends and more.  The restaurant features a pet-friendly Tiki bar, a sun deck and outdoor heated pool for diners, waterfront seating and boat dockage. Moms and dads can enjoy their lunch or dinner within eye view while the kids are having fun!

Wes is especially proud of the upcoming event June 25th. The 4th Annual Boat and Personal Watercraft FUN RUN has chosen The Humane Society of Manatee as this year’s beneficiary. The June 25th event is hosted by The Bearded Clam and hopes to raise thousands for the local nonprofit.

The Fun Run is a great way to meet other boaters, explore local restaurants and, provide assistance to an important charity in town.

Stops include Swordfish Grill, Bridge Tender, New Pass Grill, Drift Inn and The Salty Dog. Registration begins at the Bearded Clam – Channel Marker 16 at 8:30 am on June 25th with the last boat in at 4:00 pm. A special breakfast will be available at the Bearded Clam.

And some more great news. In July, the Bearded Clam will have a new website! The team and Sande Caplin & Associates is putting together a fabulous new responsive website with some new and exciting ideas.
