Evie’s Tavern & Grill Closing Bradenton Location

The very popular sports bar and restaurant, Evie’s at 3561 53rd Ave. W. in Bradenton is closing tonight.  Restaurant owner. Michael Evanoff will not renew the lease for the restaurant.  An employee at the restaurant has confirmed the sad news.  

Evie’s has been at the 53rd Ave. location for about 5 years.  Always popular with sports fans, it was a great place to hang out on Sunday’s for NFL football games.  There was always a game on, 7 days a week.

The restaurant was very popular with athletes, staff and friends from the IMG Academy and had a great following with locals and snow-birds!  They had great burgers, awesome wings and always a fabulous happy hour.

All of the other Evie’s restaurants in Sarasota and Manatee County will remain open.
