Enjoy Early Summer Delights with Phillippi Creek Oyster Bar’s New Lunch Specials

With summer heat arriving early this year, Phillippi Creek Oyster Bar invites you to savor their newly crafted “Lighter Side of Summer Menu” by award-winning Chef Pedro Florez. “I wanted to embrace the fresh flavors of the season while offering a variety of special ingredients to create a menu full of choices and tastes,” says Florez.

The new Phillippi Creek summer lunch specials are priced at $16.99 each and are available daily from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Lighter Side of Summer Menu

Ceviche
Citrus and lime juice, fresh cilantro, radish, tomato, red onion, and avocado served with blue corn tortillas.

Creek Cobb
Your choice of grilled chicken or shrimp, Applewood smoked bacon, egg, radish, guacamole, and blue cheese crumbles on a bed of crisp fresh greens.

Tostadas
Your choice of salmon or mahi with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. Served with Mexican rice.

Tuna or Salmon Poke Bowl
Sushi rice, cucumbers, carrots, sliced oranges, avocado, radish, cilantro, and red onion, topped with a soy vinaigrette.

Crispy Shrimp or Chicken Poke Bowl
Sushi rice, cherry tomatoes, avocado, Caribbean slaw, cilantro, and kimchi cabbage; drizzled with soy vinaigrette and spicy sriracha/wasabi aioli.

Chicken Flatbread
Marinara, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and white cheddar cheese.

Shrimp Flatbread
Cream of spinach, bacon, and white cheddar cheese.

Jamaican Shrimp
Just the right amount of blackened seasoning served over rice.

Fried Favorites:

Fish Tacos (2)
Tempura fish, guacamole, roasted tomato salsa, feta, slaw, and sour cream on fried blue corn tortillas. Served with Mexican rice.

Fried Grouper or Mahi Bits
