Delicious Ribs with a Tantalizing View at the Swordfish Grill & Tiki in Cortez, Florida!

Rib lovers rejoice! The word is out. The best ribs with a view are at the Swordfish Grill & Tiki.

What do we mean by this? Well, first of all, if you’ve been to the Swordfish, you know that the views overlooking the Sarasota Bay are magnificent! If you haven’t been to the Swordfish, what are you waiting for?

Second, there is live music 9 times a week! And third……third is that the ribs are fabulous. Yes, fabulous ribs at a seafood restaurant. Last Saturday, we came out in the early afternoon for lunch and to listen to Tim Chandler perform. We wanted to not only eat some ribs but take some photos.

Oh wow, the ribs were meaty, juicy and oh so tasty. The best ribs I have ever eaten. There was a choice of sides which were superb. While we were taking pictures there was a couple enjoying cold beverages and waiting for their food to arrive. They asked us what we were up to taking photos of the ribs? Our response – “Want to try one?” Well, you should have seen the smiles on their faces. Chris & Dianne Skinner, Florida locals who frequent the Swordfish, were so excited because they never had the ribs before. I am happy to report that they loved the ribs and will be ordering them the next time they come in.

So, what are you waiting for? Come to a great seafood restaurant and order the ribs! You won’t be disappointed. A word to the wise, these ribs are so juicy you’re going to need a bunch of napkins!
