Brick’s Smoked Meats in Sarasota Serves up Special Easter Brunch and Dinner Menus

Whether you are dining out or looking for pick up/catering, Brick’s Smoked Meats has delicious choices to make your holiday a springtime feast of flavors. Celebrate the great flavors of true Texas BBQ along with our holiday special menus this Easter, March 31st.

Serving Brunch 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Dinner 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. While you are enjoying your Easter celebration, step into the Photo Booth out front and take a photo with our Easter Bunny and #EasteratBricks for a chance to win a Bricks Easter Basket! (Bunny available 2 pm-5 pm, photo booth available all day).

EASTER MENU

Brunch:
Bottomless Mimosa $10 (until 3 pm)
Appetizers — Deviled Eggs Smoked Wings Mac and Cheese Bites Bacon Burnt Ends

ENTREES:
Quiche Chicken and Waffles
Bacon Burnt End Hash Avocado Toast
Sweet Tooth (Cinnamon French Toast, bruleed bananas, smoked pecans, maple whipped cream)
House Smoked Ham with sweet potato crumble

Smoked Turkey Breast, USDA Prime Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, St. Louis Ribs (served with two sides), Mac n Cheese, Brussels, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Fries, Collard Greens

Dinner:
Appetizers — Deviled Eggs Mac and Cheese Bites Smoked Wings Bacon Burnt Ends

House Smoked Ham with sweet potato crumble and a side Meg Salad (kale, spinach, mango, feta, strawberries, candied pecans, onions, homemade poppy seed dressing)
Grilled Salmon, with smashed potatoes and chef vegetables
Featured Burger topped with fried egg
