Brick’s Smoked Meats Celebrates Cinco de Mayo with flavorful specials and craft cocktails –May 4 and May 5. Brick’s Smoked Meats is celebrating Cinco de Mayo May 4 and May 5, featuring the flavors of this special holiday with our authentic Texas twist.

House-Made Guacamole

Freshly crafted Guacamole, prepared with ripe Haas avocados, mashed to creamy perfection and blended with finely diced, fresh tomatoes, onions, and cilantro — with a hint of fresh squeezed lime juice. Served with a side of crispy tortilla chips!

Brisket Beef Birria Tacos

Slow-smoked U.S.D.A. prime brisket nestled in warm corn tortillas, dressed with finely diced onions and fresh cilantro. Served with a side of rich consume sauce and fresh cilantro.

Taco Salad

Ultimate flavors are combined for this classic, Cinco de Mayo Salad. Crispy taco shell bowl filled to the brim with a medley of shredded jack cheese, savory beans, vibrant peppers and crisp, shredded lettuce. Choose between savory ground beef or succulent pulled chicken. Topped with tangy sour cream for the perfect ‘fiesta bowl.’


Savor the traditional taste of Horchata — a creamy blend of rice milk infused with aromatic cinnamon and pure vanilla. Elevate your experience by making it “dirty,” with a splash of dark rum.

Featuring jalapeno cheddar sausage enveloped in soft flour tortillas. These delectable bundles are stuffed with a savory blend of cheddar cheese, chopped onions and bell peppers. Topped with a zesty verde sauce and a dollop of creamy sour cream.


A traditional dish of crisp corn tortilla chips with salsa verde, our fresh smoked chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, onions, house-made guacamole and fried eggs.
