Blase Bistro in Sarasota Launches New Website

Hillview Street in Sarasota is the new home for one of the hottest new restaurants in town, The Blasé Bistro. Located at 1920 Hillview Street, the Euro-bistro is open 6 days a week.

Owners Cindy Breslin and Kevin Skiest are proud to announce that their new website is now “live.” Developed by the team at Sande Caplin & Associates you can view all of their menus and wine list on-line along with being able to book a reservation via “Open Table.”

Offering an enticing and fresh approach to French Mediterranean dining in the heart of Southside Village, Blasé Bistro & Martini Bar’s menu and setting draws upon partners Cindy Breslin’s and Kevin Skiest’s rich history on Siesta Key running the popular Blasé Café & Martini Bar as well as adjacent Pi 3.14.

Come transcend yourself into an iconic setting with personal touches that showcase culinary-driven ingenuity.  At the present time, there is live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening.
