After Hours Gallery Tour and 4-Course Dinner at The Bistro in Sarasota

Visit Bistro at the Sarasota Art Museum for an after-hours gallery tour and a 4-course dinner curated by Executive Chef Kaytlin Dangaran. The Bistro fare is inspired by Florida’s regional fruit stands and farmer’s markets, and emphasizes local produce, healthy proteins and artisanal specialty items. Dinner reservations are available for 6:30PM. Private tour will begin one hour prior to dinner, at 5:30PM.

Bistro at the Sarasota Art Museum of Ringling College is a chef-driven culinary concept by Chef Kaytlin Dangaran. The restaurant is inside the museum, which is housed in a historic high school in Sarasota. The bistro features a Florida farmstand-inspired menu focusing on locally sourced and seasonal ingredients that can be enjoyed within the interior dining space, complemented by thoughtfully curated exhibits on the go or outdoors within the Museum Plaza. Menu specials are featured on the blackboard behind the counter, a nostalgic nod to the former high school. Chef Dangaran, who is making waves in the area as a leading female chef, hosts cooking classes and demos for guests to learn, taste and celebrate.

  • Amuse:Yuca Frita with Mojo Aioli 
  • Starter:Watercress and Avocado with bruleed Winter Citrus, Smoked Blue Cheese and Pistachio Candy
  • Main Course:Draped Golden Tilefish with Malanga Puree, Roasted Plantains, Charred Corn and Jicama Slaw 
  • Dessert:Guava Hand Pies with Dulce de Leche

Pricing: 4-Course Dinner: $100/person. 4-Course Dinner with Wine Pairing: $130/person

Prices exclude tax and gratuity. Additional beverages and add-ons will be available at the time of purchase. Advance reservations are required, and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating is limited. Your table will be reserved for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cancellations: Please cancel at least two hours prior to your dining time.
