Every month Mattison’s Riverwalk Grille picks a charity for it’s “Round Up For Charity” program. After your fabulous meal you can help others by “rounding up” your bill with the extra going to the charity of the month.

This month Hunger’s End has been chosen to be the recipient. Hunger’s End is a local charity that feeds those less fortunate at their facility every Monday night. They offer a hot meal and also open their clothes closet and offer showers in the portable shower brought to the premises by Bring On The Ministry.  They also have a food pantry to help folks who need groceries. Their motto is “Ending Hunger in America…One Community at a Time.” They have a huge community of volunteers that help to bag groceries, feed people on Monday nights, cook the meals for Monday nights, stock the grocery shelves, run the cothes closet, etc. and are always happy to have more help!

Hungers End Inc in Bradenton, FLHunger’s End  has an event  at the restaurant this month on Tuesday January 14. They are inviting all their supporters to gather on this night from 5-7pm and have dinner together. Besides being able to give by “rounding up” they will also have raffle tickets! This event is limited to the first 50 people that confirm to come. But, if you can’t make it to the event, don’t worry. Mattison’s is giving to Hunger’s End for the whole month of January. You can either “round up” your dinner bill or add whatever amount you’d like.

Chef Paul Mattison (owner of Mattison’s Restaurants & Catering) loves helping the community. He says, “Manatee County residents and business owners have been very welcoming to us since we began Mattison’s Riverwalk Grille, in 2016. I believe that it is our duty as business owners to support organizations that help the underserved populations and those in need. We are honored to give back to the community that has given us so much!”
