Our friends and families in Puerto Rico desperately need your help. There are several organizations that are collecting supplies that will be shipped. The Sarasota Post just received this information:
DONATION CENTER: Relief Efforts for Puerto Rico
WHERE: 101 PARAMOUNT DRIVE, SARASOTA FL, 34232 (Lowes Parking Lot)
WHAT TO BRING
• Cases of water
• Canned and other non-perishable food
• Baby food, Diapers & Wipes
• Over the counter medicine
• Mosquito Repellent
• Lysol, Bleach, Hand Sanitizers
• Flash lights/lanterns
• Solar cell phone chargers
• Pet food
• Personal hygiene items (e.g. soap, hand sanitizer, toothpaste, feminine items, etc.)
• Matches
• Sterno Cooking Fuel
DONATION DROP OFF INFORMATION (Sept. 28 – Oct. 2): There will be a truck in the Sarasota office parking lot for your convenience.
You may drop off donations at the van on Wednesday 9/28 through Friday 9/29 during the following times: 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM
Donations will also be accepted on Saturday, 9/30 and Sunday, 10/1 from 9AM to 3PM
Last day for drop off will be on Monday, Oct. 2 is 8AM – 6PM
