Carrabba’s Italian Grill, will be supporting local chapter of  Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast at the 9th annual Chef’s Cooking for Kids fundraiser. The event on June 7th from 6 to 9pm at IMG Golf and Country Club features music by The Billy Rice Band, delicious culinary samplings from 18 local Chef’s and restaurants around Manatee and Sarasota County.

Not to mention great silent and live auction items. Carrabba’s Italian Grill is one of the many restaurants you will get an opportunity to try some of their delicious food when attending the event. They will be serving up Mezzaluna, which is a half-moon ravioli with chicken, ricotta, romano and spinach in our tomato cream sauce. Bruschette Siciliani, which is an oven baked bread served with diced tomatoes, fresh basil, oregano, red onions, and Kalamata olives marinated in olive oil and red wine vinegar then topped with ricotta salata.

This is Carrabba’s second year supporting the event with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast- Manatee County. Not only will they be a participating chef at the event, they are also a Bigs and Littles table sponsor.
