Out of over 2,400 hospitals evaluated across 30 countries for the 2024 rankings, Sarasota Memorial Hospital stands out as the only hospital in Southwest Florida to make the list. The ranking, conducted by Newsweek in collaboration with global data firm Statista, considers a range of factors including patient care quality metrics and feedback from patients, physicians, and hospital staff.
