New Flights to New Hampshire and Other Destinations Announced at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport

Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) has unveiled exciting new travel options with the introduction of nonstop flights to Portsmouth, New Hampshire, starting on Saturday, Nov. 23. Allegiant Air is launching this new route as part of its expansion, offering one-way fares starting as low as $48 to celebrate the new service.

Rick Piccolo, President and CEO of SRQ, expressed enthusiasm for the new connection to New Hampshire, noting that it is just one of many recent additions to the airport’s flight offerings. “As we approach the grand opening of our new Concourse A, we are excited to see Allegiant expand its routes, now including eight new nonstop destinations. This brings the total number of nonstop Allegiant destinations to 35, with a combined total of 68 nonstop destinations served by all airlines at SRQ,” Piccolo said.

The new flight to Portsmouth International Airport will operate up to three times a week. Travelers can check flight times and book fares on Allegiant’s website.

In addition to the Portsmouth route, Allegiant has expanded its offerings with eight new nonstop flights to various destinations across the United States, enhancing travel options for SRQ passengers. Allegiant’s Chief Commercial Officer, Drew Wells, commented, “Allegiant is dedicated to providing convenient, affordable air travel paired with exceptional customer service.”

Furthermore, Breeze Airways has also announced new flights from SRQ to six other popular destinations:

  • Akron-Canton, OH
  • Portland, ME
  • Long Island-Islip, NY
  • Raleigh-Durham, NC
  • Richmond, VA
  • Syracuse, NY

SRQ has become Breeze Airways’ newest crew base, which will operate alongside Tampa’s crew base. The airline’s expansion at SRQ underscores its commitment to growth and improving service for both leisure and business travelers.

“We are thrilled to welcome the expansion of Breeze Airways with the addition of five new nonstop destinations. As Breeze continues to grow, we look forward to supporting their success and enhancing the travel options available to our passengers,” Piccolo added.

With the new additions to its route network, SRQ continues to strengthen its position as a convenient hub for travelers, connecting Sarasota-Bradenton to more destinations than ever before.
