New Allegiant Nonstop Route: Sarasota (SRQ) to Rochester, NY (ROC) – Flights from $59, Service Begins Feb 2026
Allegiant Air has announced a new nonstop route connecting Sarasota–Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) to Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC), starting February 13, 2026. One‑way fares for this exciting service will start at just $59.
This addition comes shortly after Allegiant rolled out another SRQ nonstop route to Toledo, Ohio—bringing its count to 34 nonstop destinations served via SRQ. Rick Piccolo, then President and CEO of SRQ, commented:
“We’re happy to see Allegiant continue to expand its service at SRQ. Adding a new route to Rochester, NY (ROC) not only strengthens our ties to the Northeast but also continues to provide our passengers convenient, nonstop travel options.”
Beyond this, Allegiant is expanding other routes: adding three new flights out of Huntsville, Alabama—serving Fort Lauderdale, St. Petersburg, and Sanford—as well as launching a new route from Orlando to Appleton, Wisconsin. The airline has also extended its flight schedule through May 2026.
