Meet Lucky Grace Schmidt: A Florida Realtor Bringing Marketing, Experience and Heart to Every Client
Editors Note: Lucky Grace Schmidt posted this on Facebook and we felt it would be great to share with our Suncoast Post readers. I have known Lucky for several years. She is the ultimate professional, intelligent, funny and very dedicated. And, she is a great mom……………………..
It’s probably time I reintroduce myself.
I’m Lucky, a Florida Realtor, marketer, drone-certified content creator, transaction coordinator, property-management nerd, and mom who has spent the last 5 years learning this business from every angle.

A Foundation in Marketing and Communication
I didn’t just get my real estate license and stop there.
I graduated from FAU with a background in Communication and Marketing, and that education now plays a huge role in how I work for my clients. I know how to position a listing, create content around it, tell the story of a property, and get it in front of the right people.
I also know what happens after the offer gets accepted.
My transaction coordination background means I understand the contracts, paperwork, timelines, disclosures, deadlines, inspections, financing milestones, and all of the little details that keep a transaction moving forward.

Experience From Every Angle
And I’ve continued adding to my education along the way, First-Time Home Buyer Certified, Military Relocation Specialized, property management certified, transaction coordination, and drone certification.
I actually created the marketing too. Video, social media, drone footage, listing copy, reels, strategy, I love the creative side of real estate just as much as I love the transaction side.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to learn this business through buyers, sellers, listings, rentals, property management, marketing, and transactions. Every part of it has made me a better agent.

What Clients Can Expect
And yes, I’m a mom too. Which means organization, patience, problem-solving, and juggling approximately 47 things at once are pretty much built into my operating system.
So, what does all of that mean for you?
You get a Realtor who understands how to market, how to manage the details, how to explain the process, how to advocate for her clients, and who is always willing to keep learning as the market changes.
I’m really proud of the agent I’ve worked to become, and I’m even more excited about where I’m headed next.
