Jason Sato Is Manatee County’s Top Realtor For The Fourth Consecutive Year

Jason Sato, a Realtor and co-owner of Sato Real Estate on Anna Maria Island, was Manatee County’s top-selling residential real estate agent in 2018. Last year he totaled 70 transactions (36 sold and 34 listed). He leads transaction volume by over $14 million compared to the next best performing Realtor. 

After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Economics, Jason returned to Anna Maria Island, where he grew up, to begin his real estate career 13 years ago. In 2006, he opened Sato Real Estate, a family owned Real Estate agency, with his mother Barbara Sato. Jason’s efforts have been distinguished in his awards as the AMISCRCA Realtor of the Year; the #1 realtor in city of Anna Maria for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. The Sato Real Estate office won the Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award in 2017. Sato Real Estate was the top office for the city of Anna Maria and for Anna Maria Island for 2018.
