About Blasé Café & Martini Bar

Owned and operated by partners Cynthia Breslin and Kevin Skiest, Blasé Bistro & Martini Bar offers a unique French Mediterranean dining experience with regional influences. Blasé Bistro is the second restaurant to open under the Blasé name, the first being the 22+ year Blasé Café & Martini Bar on Siesta Key, opened by Breslin in 1997, which grew from one table in one space to what is now a 100-seat restaurant with three bars and the adjacent pizza and craft beer restaurant, Pi 3.14, which opened in 2016. Partner Kevin Skiest, a real estate and business investor, joined the Blasé family in 2016 to help re-organize and re-energize the business.
