Here is a very simple plan for all of us to lose some weight over the next 21 days.  I am going to do it & I hope you will all join me and my pal Daniel.

The Rules

•    NO CANDY
•    NO BISQUITS
•    NO COOKIES
•    NO CAKE
•    NO DONUTS
•    NO MUFFINS
•    NO PASTRIES
•    NO BREAD
•    NO CHIPS
•    NO FAST FOOD
•    NO SODA
•    NO ICE CREAM
