September has a number of special observances, including today for burger enthusiasts nationwide. National Cheeseburger Day is a delicious celebration every year on September 18th to pay homage to one of America’s most iconic comfort foods. Today is a day on the calendar when savory, juicy patties pair with a variety of melted cheese, nestled on a soft bun of your choosing, to tempt your taste buds. I will admit as a vegetarian, due to health reasons, this is one food I miss most that I can’t enjoy any longer.
National Deals for National Cheeseburger Day
Applebees – will offer its Classic Cheeseburger, Classic Burger, and Classic Bacon Cheeseburger with fries for $8.99. Order in the restaurant, online, or on the app.
Burger King – customers with Royal Perks accounts can get a free cheeseburger if they make a purchase of $1 or more this year.
BurgerFi – is offering a $3 premium cheeseburger to customers who buy a Coca-Cola freestyle beverage. The $3 double cheeseburger is available for one day only for dine-in guests.
McDonalds – is celebrating National Cheeseburger Day with double cheeseburgers for only $0.50 when customers order exclusively through the McDonald’s App.
Wendy’s – is offering a $.01 Jr. bacon cheeseburger with any purchase from Sept. 18-22. Check the offers tab in the app or online to apply to your mobile/web order or in-restaurant by adding it to your digital rewards card.
