There was a peaceful take-over at the offices in NY of the Sarasota Post today. Six boys, ages 1, 4, 6, 8, 9 and 11 came to the office with demands!
A, S, L, J, S and T want a greater say in what articles are shared on The Sarasota Post. They said, “they are tired of reading stories that are for adults.” They want stories about Sponge Bob Square Pants, Henry Danger, Impractical Jokers, I Am Frankie, The Loud House and Pepper Pig to name a few.
While the boys were assured that their demands would be considered they weren’t guaranteed that it would happen. So, the boys decided to have a “sit-in”. They watched cartoons, ate Cheerios, sucked on lollipops, chewed gum, ate popcorn and made a ruckus!
The sit-in did end peacefully as it was getting close to bedtime. All is well, the boys went home happy and, yes, there will be a kid’s story or 2 very soon on the Sarasota Post.
Note- In these crazy times, hope this kind of true story will make you laugh!
