The great news is that it is looking like we are passed a lot of the pandemic restrictions, and some amazing camps are coming for kiddos of all ages in 2022. To that end, many educational, fun, and amazing summer camps are going to be taking place. This is not an exhaustive list but just some of the amazing options available here on the Suncoast.
Summer Camp Ideas for Every Interest and Need
Circus Arts Conservatory Summer Camp – Circus Summer Campers learn various circus arts, including triple and single trapeze, globes, silks, Rolla Bolla, hula hoop, low wire, clowning, flying trapeze, juggling, and much more! Circus Summer Campers enjoy a unique experience where they learn circus arts disciplines.
MOTE Marine Laboratory & Aquarium Summer Camp – Mote Camps combine our groundbreaking research with fun, hands-on, and age-appropriate activities. Campers can discover the wonders of marine animals and environments studied by Mote scientists – a great way to gain steam in STEM education even when school is out.
Nathan Benderson Park Camps – Nathan Benderson offers water adventure camps, ultimate camp experiences, archery, freshwater fishing, learning to sail, learning to row, and many other options this summer. If you have a child that adores being outside, check out the many options available.
Sarasota County Day Camps – Day Camps are designed for children entering grades first through fifth and are offered at Colonial Oaks Park, Laurel Park, Longwood Park, and Woodmere Park. Summer Blast Camp – The Manatee County Parks and Natural Resources Department welcomes you and your children to another exciting summer camp at one of our two locations. This year’s Summer Blast Camp is dedicated to keeping kids active and offering exciting opportunities to learn, experience, and create lifelong memories.
Suncoast Science Center – Faulhaber Fab Lab Camps – These camps feature such science-related options as Chemistry, Engineering, and Robotics to fully engage the minds and imaginations of kids this summer – all while learning amazing science.
