SaraSolo 2017- One of The Most Exciting New Arts Festivals

SaraSolo Festival 2017 is one of Sarasota’s most exciting new arts festivals. It provides a unique theatre experience, which celebrates the solo artist, showcasing an eclectic mix of 45-90 minute solo performances by 22 national and international artists – featuring music, dance, cabaret, comedy, performance art, stand-up, and storytelling, as well as historical, biographical and poetic plays.

Performances over 2 weekends Jan. 28, 29; Feb. 4, 5 at the Historic Crocker Memorial Church, 1260 12th St. Sarasota 34236. Starting at 1:00pm and ending 9:00pm.

Also new SaraSolo After Hours, adult’s only mainstage performances at The Starlite Room, 1001 Cocoanut Ave, Sarasota, FL 34236, restaurant and cabaret. Late night shows Jan. 28, 29 and Feb. 4 at 9:30pm.

Plus The Betwixt Week, Jan 30-Feb 3, (between weekends), a series of workshops and works-in-progress performances upstairs at The Starlite Room. Three ‘Flying Solo’ artists present their work on Friday Feb. 3 at 7:00pm at The Starlite Room.
